Important Notice - VFS Johannesburg Collections

Please note that from 06 June 2025, all applicants who wish to collect their outcome from the VFS office in Johannesburg will have the option to schedule an appointment in order to collect their outcome.

According to VFS, an applicant who schedules an appointment, will experience a faster turnaround time at the collections counter.

VFS has noted though, that from 01 July 2025, the collection of outcomes will be mandatory for ALL applicants, who in turn will be required to schedule an appointment to collect.
